xarray

Convert labelled xarray data to a Dataset and map predictions back onto the grid. Requires the optional extra: pip install "gpjax[xarray]".

from_xarray	Flatten labelled xarray data into a Dataset.
GridSpec	The labelled grid behind a flattened Dataset.

Input transforms

Transforms turn the named inputs into the columns of X. Pass them to from_xarray(); the GridSpec applies the same fitted transforms to every new grid.

Standardise	Centre and scale inputs to zero mean and unit standard deviation.
UnitSphere	Map latitude and longitude in degrees to a point on the unit sphere.
Cyclic	Encode a periodic input as a point on a circle.
InputTransform	A map from named input columns to the named columns of X.
